IFM is so pleased to welcome Dallas Sims to our team! Dallas will be the Director of Family Ministries with an emphasis on family outreach, youth discipleship, retreats and camps. Dallas was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and considers his family one of God’s greatest blessings in his life. He was commissioned from the Impact 360 Institute Fellows program in 2015 before attending and graduating from Columbia International University where he studied Business & Organizational Leadership and Bible. Some things that bring him joy are cooking and eating delicious food, reading good books, playing sports that involve a frisbee, and spending time sharing life with his friends and family. Dallas is excited to bring his love for connecting with people in a personal way along with sharing about God’s truth and faithfulness with the team at IFM. Through his time serving in multiple camp and ministry staff roles and most recently as Director of Drive-Thru Operations with Chick-fil-A, Dallas has seen Jesus work creatively and faithfully to mold his heart and mind to that of Christ’s and he can’t wait to see the ways Jesus will continue to do this in his own life and the lives of the IFM youth and families!
