English (ESL) Certificate Program

This course is designed to equip non-English-speaking students to function on the basic conversation level (A1) during their tenure in the U.S.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to communicate about familiar topics in a simple way and understand short conversations about everyday life with people who speak slowly and clearly.

Students will be given pre and post exams. The pre-exams will determine what English level the students qualify for before the class starts. The post-exams will determine the students' progress, their exit level, if they passed the course and if they will receive (1) a certificate of completion, or 2) a certificate of attendance.
